He is an expert in the theories, principles, and practices of cost estimating and contract pricing.

Our President has a full understanding of construction methods for buildings and structures and has the ability to develop scope of work based on RFI/RFC answers. He is a results-oriented professional with exceptional leadership skills and a solid track record of success in new construction and renovations. He is highly professional and dedicated to executing all phases of construction and has a strong background in site safety and quality assurance, leading to total client satisfaction and new business opportunities. In addition to his professional skills, our President is also multilingual, fluent in English, Hindi, Urdu, and Punjabi.
